We are now partnering with AJI Spiseri to run our kitchen. The idea first came up many years ago — we’ve worked with Paulo, the man behind it, for years, but never made the dream a reality until this year. The combination of classic Solvik style with South American flavours is unbeatable. AJI Spiseri specialises in South American grilling and BBQ, and combines this with dishes already established at Solvik.
